B4Ukraine, of which One Philosophy is a member, has been declared an “undesirable organization” in Russia

One Philosophy and Resilient Ukraine is part of B4Ukraine, an international coalition of over 100 civil society organizations, co-founded by Nataliya Popovych, who also serves on its Steering Committee.  We see it as our professional and civic duty to contribute to efforts aimed at blocking access to the resources fueling Russia’s war against Ukraine and holding violators accountable.

On December 24, 2025, the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office announced that B4Ukraine had been declared an “undesirable organization.”

The Russian authorities cited B4Ukraine’s work monitoring Russian oil and gas exports, tracking global companies that continue to operate in Russia, running information and investigative campaigns aimed at strengthening sanctions, and “discrediting the leadership of the Russian Federation.”

Russian citizens may now face legal consequences for engaging with B4Ukraine content online, participating in its activities, or providing any form of financial support to the organization.

B4Ukraine sees this as recognition of our impact. We remain firmly committed to ensuring that governments and businesses use all available legal, political, and economic tools to cut off the aggressor state from the means for war.
