Nataliya Popovych has joined the first International Supervisory Board of the family businesses Enzym Group and Kormotech

Nataliya Popovych, Founder of One Philosophy and Co-founder of Resilient Ukraine, contributed to the formation of the first International Supervisory Board of the family business led by Olena Vovk and Rostyslav Vovk, and is now an active member of its regular work.

Enzym Group, a biotechnology company, and Kormotech LLC, an international pet food manufacturer—both owned by the Vovk family—are stepping into a new era of strategic management. This week marked the official introduction of the International Supervisory Board, which includes four members of the Vovk family and five independent international experts in corporate governance, innovation, supply chain management, reputation strategy, and commercial leadership.

Nataliya Popovych brings her expertise in ethics and sustainable leadership, trust-building, and reputation management. Her involvement in the board’s work is focused on the strategic development of the Vovk family business, grounded in the principles of responsibility, transparency, and increasing positive impact on society. The role of the board is strategic: to support the implementation of the Vovk family companies’ mission — improving the quality and longevity of life for people and their pets through biotechnological solutions and high-quality pet nutrition.

“I am convinced that forming international boards as a tool for strengthening the resilience of Ukrainian business is still very new to most founders in Ukraine. Yet it opens new horizons for ambition, builds a stronger foundation for achieving them, and helps address the challenges of an uncertain future. I hope the example of the Vovk family will inspire other business leaders in Ukraine to more boldly explore this opportunity for themselves,” said Nataliya Popovych.
